what are your processing times?:
i love to make and get my orders out super fast - as i understand the anticipation of an order arriving!! orders should be processed and sent out within a week, if for any reason there is a longer process, i will let you know!! for orders being posted, the delivery time is discretion of Aus Post, and your chosen delivery option (standard or express post).
how do i measure my ring size?:
- the easiest way to find your ring size is to visit your local jewellery shop and get a ring sizing!! or - to measure your ring size at home, you can grab a piece of string, and measure it around your finger, marking where the ends meet! (ensuring it is not too tight and can slide past your knuckle). then measure out flat, alongside a ruler. also, avoid measuring your fingers when they are cold, as this is when they are at their smallest.
do you ship internationally?: 
currently, unfortunately not online! however if you would like to purchase some products with international shipping, please send me a message! i would love to send my work overseas!!! 
where do you currently ship to, and what are the shipping costs?:
i ship to all of australia! all packages are posted through Australia Post! you can choose from either standard parcel post, or express parcel post! all orders come with tracking. standard parcel postage and handling costs $7, and express parcel postage costs $11!! i unfortunately do not take any responsibility for packages lost in transit, please contact australia post if you have any concerns!
where is your free delivery to?:
free delivery is available in a radius of 6km of Colac, Vic! if you would like to pick up your order - please contact me to arrange a time.
what is your returns policy?:
unfortunately, i am unable to except returns for a refund, due to the nature of my products. if you have any concerns, please let me know! however, if for some reason your item arrives with a fault - please contact me for further discussion! also, if you happen to accidently break an item for example, please get in touch to see if i am able to repair it! we can discuss the arrangements for this to occur - i'm more than happy to help out!! 
how do you package your orders?:
i strive to use zero plastic in my packaging - hence, a combination of recylcled/recyclable/compostable products are used in the process!! all your goodies are adequately protected in a range of ways, just so they are extra protected when in transit and arrive to you safely!
